From sign-up to live listing in five steps
Most hotels finish the self-serve setup in 15–20 minutes. The partner team takes it from there.

Create your partner account
Sign up with your name, email and a password. You will get a verification link by email — that is all it takes to start.
- Step 02
Choose single hotel or chain
Single property or chain owner? You pick once on the way in, and StayByHours sets the right surfaces up for you.
- Step 03
Add the property details
Hotel name and address, property type and rating, photos, amenities and the contacts who should be notified of bookings.
- Step 04
Set up payouts
Enter the bank account that should receive booking payouts. Payouts are made via NEFT or RTGS — direct, no intermediary.
- Step 05
Submit for review and go live
Our partner team reviews your submission and approves your listing — usually within 1–2 business days. Once live, you can list room types, set rates and accept bookings the same day.

- No. Listing your hotel on StayByHours is free. We only earn when you do — a commission is applied to confirmed bookings, billed against the booking value. Our commission is a flat 18% of the confirmed booking value.
- Most hotels finish the self-serve setup in 15–20 minutes. Once you submit your property for review, our team typically approves within 1–2 business days and your listing goes live the same day.
- Basic property details (name, address, photos), the room types and inventory you want to offer, a contact for reservations, and a bank account for payouts. GSTIN is optional but recommended if you are GST-registered.
- Payouts are deposited directly to the bank account you register during onboarding, via NEFT or RTGS, on a monthly settlement cycle. Reconciliation details are shown on your partner dashboard.
- Yes. If you operate multiple properties or a chain, choose the Chain account type during onboarding. You can add and manage as many properties as you own from a single login.
