Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using StayByHours (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Services

StayByHours provides an online platform for booking hotel rooms on an hourly basis. We act as an intermediary between guests and hotel partners. The actual accommodation is provided by the hotel.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability at the hotel.
  • Prices displayed include applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment must be completed at the time of booking through our secure payment gateway.
  • A booking confirmation will be sent via email and/or SMS.

4. Cancellation & Refund

  • Free cancellation is available up to 2 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
  • Cancellations within 2 hours of check-in will receive a 50% refund.
  • No-shows will not be eligible for any refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must be 18 years or older to make a booking.
  • Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
  • Guests must adhere to hotel rules and policies.
  • Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.

6. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in and check-out times are as specified in your booking confirmation.
  • Late check-out will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
  • Early check-in is subject to room availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

StayByHours acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the quality of services provided by the hotel. Any disputes regarding the hotel stay should be addressed directly with the hotel or through our support team.
